In 2017 a devastating tornado struck Hattiesburg Mississippi. In the path of that tornado was William Carey University a Christian Liberal Arts University. After the storm cleared what was left was complete and total destruction of almost the entire campus including, dormitories, administrative buildings, chapel, classroom buildings, and recreational facilities.
